Hi, I’m Gabby Scott, the founder of Sunshine House of Wellness and the maker behind Pepo Natural Skincare. My mission is to support your wellbeing inside and out, with truly natural products and personalised naturopathic care that helps you feel more balanced, vibrant, and at ease in your body.
I create treatment plans tailored to your individual needs, whether you're experiencing hormonal shifts, digestive issues, low energy, or stress-related skin conditions. I also believe that food, herbs, and nature are powerful tools for healing; and I bring that belief into everything I do, from one-on-one consults to hand-formulating skincare.
A Bit About Me
From Chef to Natural Health Practitioner
I spent many years working as an international chef on yachts in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, where my focus was on how to make food look beautiful and taste amazing.
But as much as I loved working with food, I began to realise that my years cheffing hadn’t taught me much about its nutritional value, or how it could support healing and long-term health.
That shift in perspective opened a new path for me. I wanted to understand food not just as fuel or pleasure, but as a foundation for long-term health. Now, I bring that knowledge into every part of my work, blending my experience in the kitchen with natural medicine to help others nourish themselves in deeper, more intentional ways.
